Located in the South West region of France, in the Lot Valley, the "Golse Holiday Cottage" is a recently built, large (120 sq. m.), contemporary single level wooden house with a spacious garden and is a short walk from the beautiful ‘Lot’ river. 

The Cottage is fully equipped and comprises of a large living & dining room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms (1 × 140, 2 × 90 convertible into 180, 2 x 90 superimposed), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a car park & garage.

It is set on a 5000 sq. m. fenced plot and has a private swimming pool, 2 covered terraces and a barbecue pit. There is even a table-tennis table and a wooden swing for kids in the garden.

The Cottage is completely independent and comes with a heating and cooling air-conditioning system, making it suitable for different seasons.

Perfect location: Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Casseneuil, the Cottage is a 10 minute drive from the town of Villeneuve sur Lot and also provides easy access to a commercial area and a large Auchan hypermarket (5km drive).

The Cottage has direct access to a 9 km cycle/walking/running path (‘Voie Verte’) and is also close to a nautical sports center on the ‘Lot’ river. The neighbouring areas offer plenty of options for hiking and river fishing.
